OA in 08! part II (Watershed)

Here's the second in a series of acoustic jams filmed at the end of our weekend of rock. This is the tune I was talking about earlier--the one that has a bit of a country vibe. It still does and I'm ok with that.

What it doesn't have quite yet is a polished bridge. I miff the melody on that last "Everything is going to be alright" bit. But whatev. Jon's mandolin playing is sweet--he actually plays it, rather than just thump on it. Enjoy!

As council for the remaining 3/5ths owners of the Only Anything trademark I am outraged! I have sent a cease and desist letter demanding that you no longer attempt to leverage the illegitimate use of our teenage rockn' roll band name with out the express permission of the other flagship members Joe Richins, Mat Richins and John Heidenreich. The three aforementioned original band members are willing to make a good-will offer to take a license for the use of a modified form of our band name. (e.g. Only Anything Reloaded). We also demand a share in royalties from revenues generated from this musical fraud performed under the hospice of an "Only Anything reunion". Thank you and good day!

Is this like a bad Beach Boys reunion where there is like one member touting and capitalizing on the name?

John, if this is just your way of saying you don't like my song--you could have just come out and said it!

Good night and thank you!

Your song was touching, it filed up my senses. It was funny because when I listened to your home clip it sounded more Rocky Mountain High-ish to me and the live garage band performance seemed less so. But Laura was of the opposite opinion. But either way we liked both versions. What happened to the echoey intro?
